Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for inviting your friends to play poker with you at Titan Poker. As part of our Refer a Friend Promotion, we are proud to offer you and your friend small bonuses to help you join the exciting action at our ring games and tournaments. These bonuses are given to you and your friend according to the following terms and conditions:

1. This Refer a Friend promotion is in effect for all referrals to Titan Poker on and after August 1, 2005.

2. In this promotion the following definitions shall apply: “Referrer” is the person inviting his friends to play; and “Referred Friend” is the person being told about Titan Poker.

3. The Referrer is an existing Titan Poker depositing player, who invites his friends to play at Titan Poker using our “Invite Your Friends to Play” form.

4. The Referred Friend must be a new Titan Poker player, and must not already have an account under any other name or alias.

5. The Referrer and the Referred Friend are only entitled to a Refer a Friend Bonus if the Referred Friend downloaded the Titan Poker software through the link supplied in the e-mail sent to him by the Referrer using the “Invite Your Friends to Play” form.

6. Titan Poker will pay the Referrer a bonus of $75 for each Referred Friend he brings to play at Titan Poker. This bonus will be paid as listed in Clauses 7 and 8 below. In addition, Titan Poker will pay each Referred Friend a bonus of $25, paid as listed in Clause 9 below.

7. The Referrer will receive an initial $25 bonus as soon as the Referred Friend has downloaded and installed the Titan Poker software, opened an account, made a first deposit of at least $50, and earned 200 Points.

8. The Referrer will then receive an additional $50 bonus as he earns Points at Titan Poker's ring games. This pending $50 bonus will be added to bonuses the Referrer is currently entitled to under the Points system, either First Deposit Bonus or Reload Bonus, and payment will be made in accordance to the conditions of those bonuses.

9. The Referred Friend will then receive his $25 bonus as he earns Points at Titan Poker's ring games. This pending $25 bonus will be added to bonuses the Referred Friend is currently entitled to under the Points system, either First Deposit Bonus or Reload Bonus, and payment will be made in accordance to the conditions of those bonuses.

10. Players earning a Refer a Friend Bonus can check the My Account section of Titan Poker to get an update on their Refer a Friend Bonus, and the number of Points required to redeem it.

11. Players have three months to earn the Points necessary to redeem their Refer a Friend bonuses.

12. Titan Poker reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
