$500K Refer a Friend Freeroll – Terms and Conditions

1. Titan Poker will stage a $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament on Sunday, September 17, 2006 at 3pm EST.

2. $500,000 in guaranteed prizes will be distributed at the tournament according to the special payout structure

3. The minimum number of participants in the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament will be 1,000.

4. A free, direct entry to the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament on Septermber 17, 2006, will be granted to all Titan Poker players who have referred five friends to Titan Poker with the special link provided or the “Send to a Friend” form posted on the Titan Poker website, and whose friends are new Titan Poker players who have deposited at least $50 and earned a minimum of 100 Titan Poker Points.

5. With the exception of players who invite five of their friends to Titan Poker, entries to the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament will be available only to players who qualify by winning their seats at one of Titan Poker's $500,000 Refer a Friend satellite tournaments.

6. Titan Poker will stage a $500,000 Refer a Friend satellite tournament three times a week, on Sundays at 4pm EST, Tuesdays at 7pm EST, and Fridays at 10pm EST. Entries to these tournaments are available to all Titan Poker players at a buy-in of 500 Points. Each tournament will award five seats to the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament.

7. Titan Poker will stage a $500,000 Refer a Friend satellite tournament daily, at 6pm EST. Entries to this daily tournament will be available to all Titan Poker players who have referred one friend to Titan Poker with the “Send to a Friend” form posted on the Titan Poker website. Referred friends must have signed up at Titan Poker starting from April 1, 2006. Buy-ins to this daily satellite are 250 Titan Poker Points. Each tournament will award five seats to the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament.

8. Titan Poker will stage a $500,000 Refer a Friend satellite tournament daily, at 8pm EST. Entries to this daily tournament will be available to all Titan Poker players who have referred two or more friends to Titan Poker with the “Send to a Friend” form posted on the Titan Poker website. Referred friends must have signed up at Titan Poker starting from April 1, 2006. Buy-ins to this daily satellite are 100 Titan Poker Points. Each tournament will award five seats to the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament.

9. Eligibility for the satellites with referred friends requirements are based on the referred friends having downloaded the Titan Poker software through the link provided to them by their friend from the “Send to a Friend” form posted on the Titan Poker website. The referred friend must have made a minimum $50 deposit and have earned a minimum of 100 Titan Poker Points to be considered for this promotion. Referred friends who have downloaded the Titan Poker software from an alternative source, link or website, will not be considered for the purposes of this promotion.

10. Players can qualify for only one seat at the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament.

11. Seats won at $500,000 Refer a Friend Gala satellite tournaments have no cash value and can only be used as entries to the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament. Seats are non-refundable or transferable.

12. Titan Poker management reserves the right to change the date of the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament and its satellites. In the case of an interrupted tournament, Titan Poker management will determine whether to reschedule the event or make partial payments at its discretion.

13. Participating players must be at least 18 years of age.

14. By entering the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.

15. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Titan Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

16. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Titan Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

17. Titan Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

18. Titan Poker management reserves the right to change and/or cancel the rules and structure of the $500K Refer a Friend Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

19. Titan Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Titan Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Titan Poker is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
