$100 Million Freeroll - Terms and Conditions

1. Titan Poker will stage two $100 Million Qualifiers – at 4pm EST and 9pm EST. Entry to the tournament at 4pm is available to all Titan Poker players for a buy-in of 150 Titan Poker Points. Entry to the 9pm $100 Million Qualifier is available to all Titan Poker players for a buy-in of 300 Titan Poker Points. In addition, players who play in the 9pm tournament will receive a Tournament Token entilting them to also play in the 4pm $100 Million Qualifier the next day.

2. In addition, players who make a first deposit of up to $150/150GBP/150EUR will receive a free entry to the $100 Million Qualifier at 4pm on the following day. Players who make a first deposit of $150/150GBP/150EUR or more will receive a free entry to both of the $100 Million Qualifiers, at 4pm and at 9pm, the following day.

3. When registering for the $100 Million Qualifiers, players can select whether to buy-in with Titan Poker Points, or to use a Tournament Token that has been issued to them previously. Tournament Tokens issued to players expire so players are encouraged to use them the day after they are received.

4. The top five players at each $100 Million Qualifier will qualify to participate in the $500,000 Online Main Event Freeroll, which will be staged on Sunday, May 21, 2006. The payout structure at this tournament is detailed here.

5. Players can qualify for only one seat at the $500,000 Online Main Event Freeroll.

6. Play will continue at the $500,000 Online Main Event Freeroll until ten players remain in the action. At that stage, play will be suspended.

7. Titan Poker will stage a Final Table Event in a secret location in May 2006. The ten players remaining in the action will be invited to participate, and Titan Poker will cover their travel and accommodations.

8. The Final Table will be staged as a separate tournament. $1,000,000 in chips will be distributed equally among the final ten players, and in addition, another $1,000,000 in chips will be distributed among the final ten players according to their share of the chips when play at the Online Main Event suspended. For example, if one player had 40% of the chips when the Online Main Event ended, he will receive $100,000 + $400,000 = a total of $500,000 in chips at the Final Table.

9. During the Final Table action, if any player hits a “jackpot hand,” he will receive a special jackpot prize up to a maximum of $100,000,000.

The special jackpot prizes are defined as:

• Royal Flush Spades - $100,000,000
• Any other Royal Flush - $1,000,000
• Any Straight Flush - $750,000
• 4 of a kind Aces - $500,000
• 4 of a kind Kings - $500,000
• 4 of a kind Queens - $250,000
• 4 of a kind Jacks - $250,000
• 4 of a kind 10's - $250,000

10. For all straight flush and royal flush hands both pocket cards must be used to qualify for the jackpot prize. In all the 4 of a kind winning hands, any 5 cards will be sufficient to qualify for the jackpot prize. In case the flop, turn and river will cover a winning hand- all the players in the hand will split the prize.

11. The grand prize will be given to the winner (including his successors, assigns and heirs) as either $100 Million (paid as $1,000,000 per year for 49 years followed by a lump sum payment of $51,000,000 in the 50th year); or the winner can elect to receive a one time payment of $25 Million in full and final settlement.

12. The jackpot winning hands will be only the first 260 hands dealt at the Final Table of the final offline event. The Final Table will start once 10 players remain in the tournament.

13. Participating players must be at least 18 years of age.

14. It is the individual players' responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Titan Poker will book all travel and accommodation.

15. By entering the $100 Million Freeroll tournament and/or satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.

16. By entering the $100 Million Freeroll tournament and/or satellites, players agree that, should they win a seat at the Final Table, they will wear Titan Poker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Titan Poker management.

17. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Titan Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

18. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the $100 Million Freeroll tournament and/or satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Titan Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

19. Titan Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to the $100 Million Freeroll tournament and/or satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

20. Titan Poker management reserves the right to change and/or cancel the rules and structure of the $100 Million Freeroll tournament and/or satellites at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

21. Titan Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Final Table seat and participating in the $100 Million Freeroll tournament and/or satellites.

22. Titan Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Titan Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Titan Poker is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
